It gives me great pleasure to introduce you to the new Schindler China. We have changed considerably over the past few years. Under the unified leadership of the Schindler China management team, all divisions of Schindler China now work closely together so we can guarantee the very best quality in all our products and services.
The entire product line has been redesigned in our new Shanghai R&D center. Using Schindler's Swiss technology, our local engineers have created elevator and escalator products that meet the specific requirements of Chinese customers. We also consolidated product lines and unified pricing structures in all branches to ensure you receive the same products, same competitive prices, and same world-class care regardless which one of our branches you use to meet your needs.
I am also very proud of our service capabilities.
